«ՀԿ Կենտրոն» ՔՀԶ ՀԿ-ի «Համայնքի ուժը» ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ալավերդի համայնքում ֆինանսավորվել է «ՏԻՄ գրագիտության դպրոց» ենթադրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը:
Այն իրականացվել է համայնքի ակտիվ երիտասարդական խմբի և համայնքա-պետարանի համագործակցության և ակտիվ ջանքերի շնորհիվ։
Ծրագրի առաջին փուլում առցանց հայտի միջոցով ընտրվել են համայնքի 20 երիտա-սարդներ, ովքեր հնարավորություն են ստացել մասնակցելու եռօրյա դպրոցի, որի ընթացքում նրանք ծանոթացել են տեղական ինքնակառավարման ոլորտի օրենսդրու-թյանը, իմացան, թե ի՞նչ է համայնքային բյուջեն և ինչպե՞ս է այն կազմվում, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրեցին հնգամյա զարգացման ծրագրի մոդելը և հասկացան, որ որքան կարևոր փաստաթուղթ է այն համայնքի զարգացման համար։ Եռօրյա դպրոցի ընթացքում մասնակիցները իմացան համամասնական ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ձևի և ընթացակարգի մասին, ավագանու և համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունների ուսումնասիրման շնորհիվ սկսեցին տարանջատել նրանց գործառույթները և դերը համայնքում։
